Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fes
Your 4 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech starts with pickup from Tangier port, airport or your accommodation. Drive through the Rif Mountains and stop in Chefchaouen, the famous blue town, where you will have free time to walk through the medina and enjoy the atmosphere. After the visit, continue toward Fes for dinner and overnight stay in a riad or hotel.

Day 2: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
After breakfast, leave Fes and travel south through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known for its alpine-style architecture, and continue to the cedar forest where Barbary macaques can often be seen. Continue via Midelt and the scenic Ziz Valley before arriving in Merzouga. Dinner and overnight stay near the dunes.

Day 3: Merzouga – Camel Trek – Sahara Camp
Enjoy free time around the desert or relax at your hotel before your Sahara experience. In the late afternoon, ride camels into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi to admire the sunset. Arrive at the camp, enjoy dinner, traditional Berber music and spend an unforgettable night under the stars.

Day 4: Desert Camp – Todra Gorge – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
Wake up early for sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, return by camel or 4x4 and continue toward Todra Gorge, one of the most impressive canyon landscapes in Morocco. Then travel through the road of a thousand kasbahs, pass Ouarzazate and visit Ait Ben Haddou, the famous UNESCO ksar. Finally cross the High Atlas Mountains through Tizi n'Tichka pass and arrive in Marrakech. End of your Tangier to Marrakech desert tour.
