Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Departure from Fes in the morning. Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop in Ifrane, famous for its clean streets and alpine atmosphere. Continue to the cedar forest area, where you may see Barbary macaques, then drive through Midelt and along the beautiful Ziz Valley. Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel near the dunes.

Day 2: Merzouga – Khamlia – Nomads – Camel Trek – Desert Camp
After breakfast, enjoy a desert excursion around Merzouga. Visit Khamlia village, known for its Gnawa music, and discover nomad areas around the dunes. In the afternoon, ride camels into the Sahara and enjoy the sunset over Erg Chebbi. Dinner and overnight stay in a desert camp under the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
Wake up early for sunrise in the dunes. After breakfast, return by camel or 4x4 and continue to Rissani, one of the oldest desert towns in the region. Then drive via Erfoud toward Todra Gorge, where you will have time to walk and enjoy the impressive canyon. Continue to Dades Valley for dinner and overnight stay in a hotel or riad.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Roses Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou
After breakfast, travel through Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses. Continue to Ouarzazate and then visit the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dinner and overnight stay in the Ait Ben Haddou or Ouarzazate area.

Day 5: Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech
After breakfast, continue your journey across the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Enjoy scenic stops along the way before arriving in Marrakech in the afternoon or evening.

• Take a small bag for the camp and leave the rest of your luggage in the vehicle.
