Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Tangier – Rabat
Your 6 Days Morocco Tour from Tangier starts with pickup from Tangier port, airport or your accommodation. Travel south along the Atlantic coast to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Visit important highlights such as Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Kasbah of the Udayas if time allows. Dinner and overnight stay in Rabat.

Day 2: Rabat – Casablanca – Fes
After breakfast, continue to Casablanca, Morocco’s economic capital. Depending on time, stop at Hassan II Mosque and the Corniche area. After your visit, continue inland toward Fes, one of the most important imperial cities in Morocco. Dinner and overnight stay in a riad or hotel in Fes.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Leave Fes after breakfast and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane and the cedar forest, where Barbary macaques can often be seen. Continue through Midelt and the beautiful Ziz Valley before arriving in Merzouga. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel near the dunes.

Day 4: Merzouga – Camel Trek – Sahara Desert Camp
Today you can relax near the dunes or enjoy the Merzouga area before your Sahara adventure. In the late afternoon, ride camels through the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, admire the sunset and arrive at your camp. Enjoy dinner, Berber music and a magical desert night under the stars.

Day 5: Desert Camp – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Ouarzazate
Wake up early for sunrise in the dunes. After breakfast, return by camel or 4x4 and continue toward Rissani and Todra Gorge, one of the most spectacular canyon landscapes in Morocco. Later continue through the road of a thousand kasbahs toward Ouarzazate for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech
After breakfast, visit Ait Ben Haddou, the famous UNESCO ksar and one of the best known places in Morocco. Then cross the High Atlas Mountains through Tizi n'Tichka pass and continue to Marrakech. End of your Tangier to Marrakech desert tour.
