Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Agadir – Taroudant – Taliouine – Taznakht – Agdz / Draa Valley
Your 8 Days Tour from Agadir starts with pickup from your hotel, airport or accommodation in Agadir. Travel through Taroudant, continue toward Taliouine, famous for saffron, and Taznakht, known for Berber carpets. Later continue to Agdz and the beautiful Draa Valley. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel or riad.

Day 2: Draa Valley – Alnif – Merzouga
After breakfast, continue through southern Morocco and desert landscapes toward Merzouga. Pass through small villages and enjoy the changing scenery on the way to the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel near the dunes.

Day 3: Merzouga – Desert Discovery – Camel Trek – Sahara Camp
Enjoy more time to discover the Merzouga area, visit the surroundings or simply relax before your desert adventure. In the late afternoon, ride camels into the dunes of Erg Chebbi, admire the sunset and reach your Sahara camp. Enjoy dinner, Berber music and an unforgettable night under the desert stars.

Day 4: Desert Camp – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, return by camel or 4x4 and continue through Rissani toward Todra Gorge, one of Morocco’s most impressive canyons. Continue to Dades Valley for dinner and overnight stay in a hotel or riad.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast, continue through the Valley of Roses and Ouarzazate. Visit the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most iconic places in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then continue toward Marrakech. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

Day 6: Marrakech Free Day
After breakfast, enjoy a free day in Marrakech to explore the medina, souks, gardens and the famous Jemaa el-Fna square at your own pace. This extra day makes the route more comfortable and lets you enjoy the city without rushing. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

Day 7: Marrakech – Essaouira
After breakfast, depart toward the Atlantic coast. Arrive in beautiful Essaouira, known for its relaxed atmosphere, fishing port, medina and sea views. Free time to walk and enjoy the town. Overnight stay in Essaouira or nearby.

Day 8: Essaouira – Agadir
After breakfast, continue along the coast back to Agadir. Depending on timing, enjoy scenic stops on the way. End of your Agadir desert tour 8 days.

• The route includes Marrakech and Essaouira before returning to Agadir.
• You will spend one night in Draa Valley, one night near the dunes, one night in the desert camp, one night in Dades Valley, two nights in Marrakech and one night in Essaouira.
• Bring comfortable clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a light jacket.
• Temperatures in the desert can be hot during the day and cool at night.
• Take a small bag for the camp and leave the rest of your luggage in the vehicle.
• Camel trekking is included, but a 4x4 transfer to the camp can also be arranged.
